Refund Policy

1. 14 days, no questions asked. Full refund within 14 days of purchase, whether you paid the list price or the founder price.
2. How. Email info@stemhand.app with your purchase email, or use the refund link in the payment platform's (Creem) receipt. To withdraw from a purchase within 10 calendar days, see Cancel purchase / Withdrawal.
3. Timing. Refunds are issued by Creem, the payment platform. Processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
4. After 14 days. Case by case. If one of our updates breaks Stemhand on your Mac and we can't fix it within 30 days, you get a refund regardless of the date.
5. One-time payment. Stemhand is not a subscription: there is one charge and one possible refund per purchase.
6. Refunded license keys are deactivated, and Stemhand stops exporting on your Macs at the next license check.
7. Beta licenses. The free licenses for the first 15 on the list involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
8. We may refuse repeated refund requests from the same person.
9. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
